Some things to note before making an appointment or booking a boarding stay:
- We ask that you please be prepared to pay your bill at the time of service or when picking up your pet. If you need some help with funds, please consider applying for Scratchpay at scratchpay.com or CareCredit at Carecredit.com.
- Please note that we require a deposit for all surgeries.
- We are not offering house calls at this time. We do offer house-call appointments for your convenience. Please be aware that there is a travel fee for all house-calls. You will be charged $3.16 per mile round trip with a minimum $17 travel fee.
- If you are a new client or a summer client, and you need to forward us records from another veterinary practice, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation Policies: All deposits are non-refundable if reservations and appointments are not canceled timely. We require that surgery cancellations be at least 4 days prior to the surgery date for a full refund.
Prescriptions & Medications: Please note that we are no longer able to fill prescriptions from other veterinary hospitals. Additionally, we are only able to sell medications and prescription foods for patients who have been seen by an Offshore doctor within the year. Please allow 24 hours for a prescription refill.
